Mental Health and Wellbeing Support
You Are Not Alone
Mental Health and Wellbeing Support for people living in Louth and Meath
Many of us need help for our mental health at different times in our lives. If you or someone you know are in distress, feeling overwhelmed, or needing to talk to someone urgently, please know that you can get support at any time of day or night.
When people are going through a tough time they often experience negative thoughts about themselves and feel they have no-one to turn to.
Even if you don’t have family or friends close by, you are never alone – support is available.
